How the Pet Photo Contest Works

Submit your pet photo to willie_the_hero_dog@yahoo.com along with your pet's name, favorite toy, favorite food and favorite animal. Send his/her birthday if you know it!

Photos submitted by the 15th of each month will be entered into that month's voting for the best pet photo. Photos submitted after the 15th of the month will be entered into the next month's voting (to ensure adequate days to obtain votes.)

For example, photos submitted between December 16 and January 15 will be entered into the January Pet Photo Contest. Voting will begin on January 16 and will close on January 31. Photos submitted between January 16 and February 15 will be available for immediate viewing and will be entered into the February Pet Photo Contest. Voting for the February contest will begin on February 16 and will close at the end of February, and so on.

Be sure to vote for your favorite pet in the poll at the right of the screen. Contestants photos will be posted when submitted, and according to the voting schedule, contestants have about 2 weeks to rally friends to visit the page and vote for their pet! You CANNOT vote twice from the same computer, BUT you can vote again using a different computer!

If your pet is the winner, you must email your mailing address to willie_the_hero_dog@yahoo.com to receive a prize in the mail!!
